Originally from Bangalore, Rishi Chhapolia is a filmmaker based in New York City. In his films, he aims to depict complex relationships and metaphysical themes. A novice writer-director, he has worked on 30+ short films, commercials, and music videos. He is currently an undergraduate at Columbia University studying Philosophy.
In today’s episode, Rishi shares his experience of treading the unconventional path of filmmaking when all around him were pursuing what we traditionally call ‘lucrative careers.’
